- Returns are accepted for items that are unopened, unused, and have all original tags intact. Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and any customs or duties incurred will also be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account.
