Return Policy

If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at info@lomarugs.com

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

We do not provide return shipping label, thus the cost of the return is customer's responsibility. All returns are subject to a restocking charge equal to 10% (ten per cent) of the Invoice in addition to any customs/duties charges incurred.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 7 days of the date you received your item. It could take up to 5-7 business days to receive your refund.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

 

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide and all shipments are free of charge have an expected delivery of 2-10 business days. Orders are fulfilled the next business day. Delays at the customs is out of our hand and is not something we control or are responsible for. Processing time at the custom varies per country and per shipment. 

Tax, Customs and Import Duties

Please note that we cannot change the total value of your order for customs reasons, and the true value of your order will be shown on the outside of your parcel. The price of your order does not include Customs and Duties and customs will get in touch with you in regards to how to pay your customs fee. 

Please be advised that any shipment delays attributable to customs clearance procedures are beyond our control and not within the scope of our responsibility. While we strive to ensure a seamless shipping experience, customs clearance is subject to the regulations and procedures of the destination country, which may occasionally result in unforeseen delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such circumstances, as we remain committed to delivering your order in a timely manner.
